My Town is a regular old travel podcast that follows a fourteen year old named Tyler Bop as he tries to save his father’s candle shop in the dying copper town of Whoppertin Michigan. He hopes to do this with a podcast that showcases the strange and quirky characters around his town to boost tourism, but when a boy goes missing and his best friend is framed, he’ll have to solve a missing persons case all while trying to sell you candles.
Also, he doesn’t have a strange ability that gets revealed at the end of episode 1. Stop asking about it.
